These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and gtr88 ("gtr88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gtr88.win ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

2. "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in your gtr88 Account, excluding any bonus funds held separately.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a gtr88 Account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf; (c) not be a Prohibited Person; (d) provide accurate, complete, and current registration information; and (e) ensure that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Each individual may register and maintain only one gtr88 Account. gtr88 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and, at its sole discretion, forfeit funds associated with duplicate registrations.
3. Registration is for personal, non-commercial, and entertainment purposes only. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your Account.
4. gtr88 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at any time without prior notice, subject to returning any genuine real money balance to the registered payment method, where verification permits.
5. By registering, you confirm that you are not a director, employee, contractor, or close family member of any person employed by gtr88 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors, unless prior written approval has been obtained.

3. Account Security

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
2. You must notify gtr88 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account. gtr88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account use prior to such notification, where such losses result from your failure to maintain credential security.
3. gtr88 may, at its discretion, require additional identity verification at any time, including during account login, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon detecting unusual account activity.
4. You must ensure that the device and internet connection used to access the Platform are secure. gtr88 is not responsible for security breaches arising from your use of shared, public, or compromised devices.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

1. Deposits may be made via payment methods supported by gtr88, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and other methods as published on the Platform from time to time. Supported methods may be amended without prior notice.
2. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of deposited funds.
3. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform. gtr88 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
4. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. gtr88 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes on average; however, processing times may vary subject to payment provider availability and volume.
5. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. If this is not possible, gtr88 may request alternative verified payment details.
6. gtr88 reserves the right to perform additional fraud and anti-money-laundering checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in temporary processing delays pending completion of such checks.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

1. All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional offers available on the gtr88 Platform are subject to individual offer terms, which will specify applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts where applicable.
2. Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and tracked independently within your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly; they must first satisfy stated wagering requirements, at which point the resulting winnings may be available for withdrawal subject to the offer terms.
3. gtr88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of cancellation of an active bonus, any associated wagering requirement will be nullified and the bonus balance removed; real money balance will not be affected.

3. gtr88's records of all transactions and game outcomes shall, in the absence of manifest error, be final and conclusive. If you believe there has been an error in a game outcome or transaction, you must report it to gtr88 support within 72 hours.
4. Sportsbook markets are subject to separate sports betting rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, and the treatment of postponed or abandoned events.
5. gtr88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the relevant market is suspended, the maximum liability threshold has been reached, or the Platform detects irregular betting patterns.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gtr88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in civil or criminal proceedings where applicable:

1. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
2. Registering or using more than one Account;
3. Use of the Platform by any Prohibited Person;
4. Collusion with other Members to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
5. Use of software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage;
6. Deliberate exploitation of a software or pricing error on the Platform;
7. Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any deposit with your payment provider without first seeking resolution through gtr88 support;
8. Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds not intended for gaming purposes;
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing gtr88 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

1. gtr88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides deposit limits, session time notifications, reality check pop-ups, and self-exclusion tools accessible from your Account settings at all times.
2. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and will prevent access to the Platform for a minimum period of thirty (30) days. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the minimum period by the Member; contact gtr88 support to discuss reinstatement after the minimum period has elapsed.

10. Limitation of Liability

12. Amendments to These Terms
